Returned Goods

If for any reason you would like to return an item, Highland Radio are happy to offer a refund or exchange if the item is unsuitable within the cancellation period of 14 days from the day in which you received your goods.  We offer the right to cancel and refund your order when sent back or returned in person without undue delay and not later than 14 days from purchase.

The item(s) must be in new, unused and unworn condition with tags attached. It is our policy to return goods to the purchaser if we suspect that any item(s) have been used or worn, are soiled, damaged or smell of smoke or any other odour.

We do NOT offer free Returns for Ireland and Northern Ireland customers. Customers must cover the cost of returning goods via post themselves. Returns can also be made in person by calling into Highland Radio.

Exchanging Goods
Highland Radio are happy to exchange a product for the same product but in a different size, if available pending the product being returned is in new, unused and unworn condition with tags attached and in original packaging. If a different product is requested then a new order must be completed on the website by the user.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights relating to faulty or misdescribed goods or your right to cancel orders under the consumer protection.
