Highland Radio Events

All deposits are non-refundable in the event of customer cancellation.

Should customer cancellation occur within 7 days of the event or trip, Highland Radio reserves the right to retain 100% of fees paid.

Highland Radio is excluded from liability for any loss, damage or injury to participants or their personal belongings on any third party premises for the duration of any event or trip, including transport.

Abusive behaviour towards staff or fellow customers of Highland Radio may result in immediate exclusion from the event or trip and Highland Radio will not be liable for any additional costs which may occur as a result.

Customers who provide payment in part or in full will be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.

Bookings are only considered secured upon receipt of the required deposit.
